Laptop Lifeline provides device unlocking, data recovery, and preparation services. Our base service fee is $30, plus any optional add-ons and shipping costs.

Important:

• Data recovery is not guaranteed. Partial or total data loss may occur.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate device information and ownership verification.

• Shipping costs are calculated using live carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

2. Payments & Shipping

• Customers pay upfront for services and shipping.

• Optional charges may include:

  • Rush Service: +$20

  • Data Recovery: +$40 (risk warning included)

  • Device Cleaning: +$10

  • Charger replacement: +$45 if the charger is not included

• Shipping is live-calculated and added to the total.

• Laptop Lifeline is not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by carriers.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting a device:

• You confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the device.

• You provide accurate device information (brand, model, condition).

• You understand that services may result in data loss and accept associated risks.

• You provide valid shipping addresses, phone, and email. Laptop Lifeline is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information.

4. Refunds & Liability

• Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions, at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to deny service or refund in cases of:

  • Fraudulent submissions

  • Misrepresentation of device ownership or condition

  • Attempted abuse of the service

• Laptop Lifeline is not responsible for indirect damages, lost data, or consequential losses.
